10 ton coal boiler adopts light chain grate to realize mechanical coal feeding, equipped with blower and induced draft fan for mechanical ventilation, and equipped with scraper type slag discharge machine to realize automatic slag discharge. The front and rear arches of the furnace adopt new energy saving technology. After the fuel falls on the grate from the coal sill and enters the furnace for combustion, the flame, through the refraction of the rear arch, turns upward through the burning chambers on both sides of the body and turns to the front smoke box, and then turns back to the tube bundle in the pot by the front smoke box, enters the economizer through the rear smoke box, and then is pumped by the induced draft fan to the air through the flue to the chimney.

SZL type assembly steam boiler is a double boiler drum vertical chain grate boiler. The boiler body is composed of longitudinally placed upper and lower boiler barrel and convection tube bundles. The left and right sides of the combustion chamber are equipped with light pipe and water wall pipe. There is a soda water separation device and a surface blowdown device in the upper pot, and a regular blowdown device in the lower pot. Economizer is arranged at the rear of the boiler. The combustion part adopts light chain grate to realize mechanical coal feeding, equipped with blower and induced draft fan for mechanical ventilation, and equipped with spiral slag extruder to realize automatic slag discharge.

DZL type boiler is horizontal type 3-pass water tube boiler. Two fire tubes are arranged in the pot barrel, and both sides of the furnace chamber are equipped with light tubes and water wall tubes. The fuel falls on the grate from the coal sill, burns along with the grate, and the flue gas passes through the upper combustion chamber of the rear arch, enters the first bundle through the smoke chamber of the rear shed pipe to the front smoke box, folds into the second bundle from the front smoke box to the back smoke box, is introduced into the flue, dust collector and chimney through the induced draft fan, and finally exhausts to the atmosphere. The boiler automation level is high, the boiler feed water automatic regulation, high and low water level alarm, low water level interlock protection, lead, fan interlock protection. Boiler coal, slag and other operation mechanization, complete supporting auxiliary machines.
