Cost of 1 Ton Hour Steam Boiler

The cost of the boiler is very important to customers. In fact, we need to know that the largest proportion of boiler costs is fuel costs, because boiler fuel costs can account for nearly 90% of the total boiler operation costs. Other boiler operation inputs are boiler electricity costs, Boiler water consumption, labor costs, boiler maintenance costs, etc. Therefore, depending on the economic benefits of various boilers, it is still necessary to compare fuel price and cost.

For natural gas-fired gas boilers, steam boilers require the amount of steam per day, hot water boilers operate according to the day, and the above are converted into full-load operating hours, which is equivalent to the gas consumption per unit tonnage boiler (80 cubic meters per ton of boiler per hour) and the unit price of natural gas is sufficient. Take 1 ton gas steam boiler as an example:

(1) The rated evaporation capacity is 1 ton per hour, the natural gas fuel consumption is 70 cubic meters, and the natural gas price is calculated at 3.5 yuan per cubic meter (the price varies slightly from place to place), then the gas cost is: 70 * 3.5 = 245 yuan;

(2) In the normal use of gas-fired boilers, the power consumption is 0.65 times the full load power, then the boiler power consumption is (1.5kw + 2.2kw + 2kw) * 0.65 = 3.7kw, if the electricity cost is 1 yuan / degree Then the boiler hourly electricity cost is 3.7kw * 1 = 3.7 yuan;

(3) A 1 ton gas steam boiler can turn 1 ton of water into 1 ton of steam in one hour. Due to sewage discharge and softened water treatment, 1.1 tons of water is required to produce 1 ton of steam during normal use. Calculated per yuan / ton, then the gas boiler water consumption cost per hour is: 1.1 * 3 = 3.3 yuan;

(4) Since the gas-fired boiler is a highly automated boiler, it does not require multiple people to take turns to operate. One furnace worker can do it. If calculated based on a monthly salary of 2,000 yuan, working 8 hours a day, the labor cost of the boiler is 2000 /30/8=8.3 yuan;

(5) ZOZEN WNS series gas boilers and SZS gas boilers have low failure rates, high combustion efficiency, and low maintenance costs, so if it is a 1-ton gas-fired steam boiler, maintenance costs of 2000 a year will be sufficient. According to 365 days a year, 8 hours a day, the hourly maintenance cost of the boiler is 2000/365/8 = 0.68 yuan;

Based on the above calculations, the total hourly operating cost of a 1-ton natural gas boiler is 245 + 3.7 + 3.3 + 8.3 + 0.68 == 252.6 yuan. The above is the cost of the boiler during full load operation, but usually the boiler will not run in this state. Therefore, the actual boiler operating cost budget is much lower than 252.6.
