WNS series oil-fire steam boiler

Introduction
WNS series horizontal internal combustion boiler is a boiler shell type 3 passes wetback oil/gas fired boiler. After fuel is being atomized by burner, flame is full of the wave furnace and transfer heat via furnace wall, this is 1st pass; the high temperature smoke is collected in reversal chamber and then enters 2nd pass which is grooved tubes bundle area; after heat convection, air temperature gradually falls and goes to front smoke box and turn to 3rd pass, which is smooth tubes bundle area, and then enters chimney passing back smoke box and exhausted to the atmosphere.

SZS series gas-fired (oil-fired) steam boiler
SZS series boiler is double drums, longitudinal arranged, “D” type chamber structure. Furnace is on right side and convection tube bundle is on the left, super heater is arranged at convection tube bundle. The body is fixed on the basement by middle and both end flexible supports and make the boiler to expand horizontally to sideways. Around furnace is membrane wall. Furnace and tube bundle is totally separated by the membrane wall at the left side of the furnace. The back part of bundle is sparse shift structure, front part is aligned structure. Smoke from furnace outlet enters re-burning chamber, bundle area, and then from left front part enters spiral fin coil economizer and condenser, finally discharged to atmosphere through chimney.

Manhole are arranged on both sides of the boiler drums, and inspection doors are arranged at the rear of the boiler,which is convenient for users to inspect and clean the boiler inside and outside.
The paint film can be at least as thick as 150um,it effectively prevents seawater corrosion during transportation.After sandblasting, 4 layers paint and 1 layer varnish are sprayed with high quality paint and automobile painting technology
D-type arrangement with full membrane wall structure
Good quality alumina silicate fiber and fire clay insulation are used. The boiler body temperature is controlled below 45℃。
The boiler has explosion door and flame detector for safe and reliable operation
