WNS steam boiler refers to a fully automatic fuel (gas) steam boiler. It adopts a horizontal internal combustion full wet back, high efficiency threaded smoke tube, and is equipped with a perfect thermal insulation outsourcing design. WNS series horizontal internal combustion three-pass full wet back steam boiler. The full-wave furnace is used, which has good thermal scalability; full-edge butt welding technology reduces the temperature difference stress of the furnace body; the connection between the tube and the tube sheet is first expanded and then welded, which eliminates corrosion problems and extends the service life of the boiler; Threaded smoke tube heat exchange improves the heat transfer coefficient of the boiler. 1. Advanced fully automatic steam boiler controller, full Chinese LCD screen, man-machine interface, users only need to easily set, the boiler can start and stop, load adjustment, automatic water supply and other fully automatic operations according to user requirements. The boiler has complete functions, complete protection, simple operation, safety and reliability, and self-diagnosis function. As soon as an abnormal phenomenon occurs during the operation of the boiler, the combustion is automatically interrupted and an audible and visual alarm is issued.
2. The boiler burner is supplied by a world-renowned manufacturer. It automatically burns and stops according to the instructions of the controller. The independent program controller has multiple safety protections, safe and stable performance, and low maintenance rate.
3. The vertical steam boiler adopts a burner down mode, two-return structure, full fuel combustion, and stable boiler operation: a spoiler is inserted in the smoke pipe to slow down the exhaust speed, increase the heat exchange, the boiler has high thermal efficiency, and reduces the user cost.
4. The horizontal wns steam boiler is a shell-type full-wet back-flow three-pass pyrotechnic tube structure. The flame is burned at a slight positive pressure in a large combustion chamber. It is fully extended, the combustion heat load is low, and the combustion thermal efficiency is high, which effectively reduces smoke exhaust, temperature, energy saving and consumption reduction, economical use. The structure of corrugated furnace liner and threaded smoke tube not only improves the heat absorption intensity of the boiler, but also satisfies the need of thermal expansion of the heat exchange surface, and is scientific, reasonable and durable.
