DZL Series Three-drum Rice Husk Fired Steam Boiler:

• The DZL series third-generation biomass steam boiler consists of three drums and is a water tube boiler independently developed by ZOZEN with proprietary intellectual property rights.
• Thermal capacity ranges from 15 to 40 t/h, suitable for rice husk and various other biomass fuels.
• High thermal efficiency (>87.5%): The furnace adopts a densely arranged water-cooled wall tube structure, providing a large radiation area.
• Customized fuel feeding system: ZOZEN designs different fuel feeding systems based on the characteristics of rice husk and other biomass fuels, effectively improving the overall boiler efficiency.
• Adopting a new three-drum structure: Two small drums are arranged in the lower part of the convective tube bundle in an “A” structure, facilitating the smooth discharge of ash generated from biomass fuels towards the lower end of the convective tube bundle, minimizing boiler ash accumulation.

SZL Series Double-drum Rice Husk Fired Steam Boiler:

• The SZL series biomass steam boiler is a horizontally arranged natural circulation water tube boiler designed by ZOZEN based on international advanced technology and experience.
